Question: Where are classes offered?

Answer: Karate for youth and adults is currently offered in Washington DC at the Hill Center.  Before COVID, karate was available after school onsite at Two Rivers PCS (4th Street & Young campuses), Ludlow Taylor Elementary, and SWS Elementary. Reach out to Sensei Patrick if you are interested in bringing karate to your location.

Question: Do I have to wear a uniform?

Answer: All students should wear a gi (uniform) and belt (obi) during class. We do allow students to train in gi pants and a Warriors t-shirt. Uniforms are $40 can be purchased online by clicking “Make A Payment.”

Question: The session or camp I want is full. What should I do?

Answer: Sign up for our email list (newsletter) so you can receive first notice when registration for future classes opens up.

Question: Can my three-year-old participate in Beginners Karate?

Answer: Students must be at least 5 years old to participate in Beginners Karate and at least 7 years old to participate in Warrior Camp.

Question: Can you provide classes at my child’s school?

Question: When is your next self-defense Warrior Seminar?

Answer: We offer self-defense seminars periodically at the Hill Center, but we primarily schedule seminars upon the request of a group. You don’t have to be a formal organization. Do you have a group of friends who want to learn some self-defense strategies and techniques? Contact us to find out how to schedule a seminar.
